Important Info

BOOKING & PAYMENT DUE – all orders $50 and under must be paid in FULL upon ordering. For orders over $50, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required so I can source your cute cutters, spectacular sprinkles, fabulous food colors and hold your spot on my busy calendar. The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to when your order is to be picked up. I will not start an order unless balance is paid in full.

INSPIRIRATION – Thanks a ton for sending those inspo pictures. They’re just that – inspiring. Your cookies may not be a perfect replica – I’ll try to keep it close, with my own added twist or style.

NO GHOSTS – to get your order right, I’ll need you to reply to my messages within 2 hours – otherwise, I may just have to wing it. Questions for me? Please give me the same 2 hour window to reply – I’m usually in the kitchen baking away!

DELIVERY – All orders are PICK-UP only. Delivery is based on my availability and only within 15 miles of the pick-up location with an additional fee of $15

ITS ALL YOURS NOW – once you pick-up your order, what happens to your cookies, cocoa bombs or cake pops is all on you! Keep ‘em safe and keep ‘em cool. Be sure to place them on a flat and secure surface during the car ride home. If you’re not going to eat your cookies within a day or two of delivery, I would recommend you place your cookies in an airtight container or Tupperware in the FREEZER (NOT THE REFRIGERATOR). When you’re ready to enjoy them, take them out of the freezer 6-12 hours before you need them (or overnight) and let them sit INSIDE the container (UNOPENED) on your counter or table, then enjoy.

ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT – Currently I am only accepting Venmo or Zelle. Cash is always an option and a prompt drop off time will need to be scheduled before your order is confirmed. ACHOO! ALLERGIES? Baked goods are often made with ingredients that can be known allergens. While I can do my best to accommodate, I can’t always accommodate allergy – conscious orders. Please do reach out – I may have a perfect referral for you!

COTTAGE FOOD LAWS – Taste & See is a home- based business and operates under the Texas cottage food laws. State law requires me to let you know that I bake in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the State of Texas Health Department or a local health department. However, I do have a Texas Food Handler Certification. I can assure you that every possible care is taken to insure clean and sanitary conditions. Our kitchen is NOT nut free, egg free, dairy free or gluten free
